In my eyes: Definitely! I wouldn't have considered that category for the
bug-tracker. PHP-website relates to (www.)php.net and bugs.php.net is
something else. As much from the servername as from the content. And I
wouldn't call them "web-*" but use their common names like "Wiki",
"Bugtracker", "Mirrors" and so on. Even though we are on a technical
level, we'd like to get input from people that are not that deep into
our terminology. So we should make it easy for them, shouldn't we?
