You currently have access to phpdoc and to pear. So you should be fine.
If you could recruit some people on the Brazilian PHP mailing list it
would be appreciated. It would be nice to get this translation done
finally. If they are interested, have they fill out a CVS account request
at http://www.php.net/cvs-php.php
