I guess this room is us for the whole day. Now it is up to the docteam [exactly those who will be there] to decide on a start time. 10 or 9 in the morning is OK? I would prefer 9 to do as much as possible, and have time for breaks when we get tired of course.
I'll probably arrive with a Euronight + DB IC that morning in Karlsruhe, so it would be nice to know the exact time, so I can choose train connections fitting in the time schedule. This way I can eliminate the need for accomodation on the night before.
