The docweb project was largely advertised on all doc mailling lists. Livedocs is in alpha stage. It has a couple of well know bugs. So, first let's fix them, and then make it public.
Ehem, the same approach holds docweb back "lets fix before making it public" :) It might not be a good approach, especially not in an open source environment, where people are waiting and eager to help...
