livedocs is now running on docs.php.net (do not announce it yet!) but not automatically updating so far.

This is when using the php.net template.
The php.net template expects a phpweb checkout in the background (in the same root folder as livedocs). These missing files are in phpweb, and if you also do a rsync (at least for these common files), it will work and look fine.
