We have a patch for rating already (see recent post to php-webmaster@), I just haven't had the time to commit it yet. In theory the community would help us by staring (1-5stars) notes, especially the "sucks" and "awesome" notes so moderators can quickly delete/implement bad/good notes. I would like to try that rating system, and advertise it to the community as "how to help the php manual", before we change the way user notes work. -Hannes
