PhD doesn't know anything about configure.php or phpdocs (with 2minor exceptions), so it can't really be part of PhD. I have however been pondering about creating a "tool ontop of PhD", phd-phpdoc or something, that would embed various things from configure.php and be able to do all these things in one step... -Hannes
