There is no way we will ever add any banners, the mirror logos are
very questionable at best, thankfully few of them add them.
Furthermore, we are an open source project, which is quite explicit in
their licensing guide, don't have to pay them for the use.

Its great that you guys enjoy using that editor for your work on
php.net, but its not something we will be paying for in the form of
advertisements.
