[Pilot-Unix] Palm Desktop under WINE

Has anyone on this list actually succeeded in running the Palm Desktop
under WINE?

For me, it only runs long enough to enter a new user name, create a
users.dat file and an empty directory for that user name before it exits
with an "Invalid Configuration" error.

I am trying to run Desktop 3.0 under Wine 991031 on a FreeBSD 3.3 system.

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
