I'm interested in this particular issue because I'm exploring
alternative ways of presenting the giant Wyndham Hotel pinhole image my
group and I did on April 28. We've ruled out anything that could alter
the integrity of the print such as lamination. Plexi is too expensive,
unless we can find a grant, and we also want to have something that can
travel easily and be assembled/disassembled easily. We're currently
exploring using a fairly simple aluminium structure.

Guy,

You should look at Photo Trak. I have a few for hanging 40 inch wide murals that work great. I have also used black painted aluminum 1/8"x3/4" that I cut to length and rivet front and back to my work. You might remember my work hung this way in the Why Pinhole show. I think this system is a cleaner way of working then trying to build your own.
