Hi not sure if we can help u a lot, but my hubby has a adenoma as well and is due to have surgery in about 6 weeks. His adrenals, thyroid and testosterone levels are effectected by his tumour pressing on his pituitary and also his optic nerves. Before diagnosis and subsequent medications he was extremely tired and lethargic, suffered badly with cold then hot flushes. For a few months there he couldnt go to work. He had brain fog and general aches pains and muscle weakness. He is now under an Endo, Opthomologist and Neursurgeon and is a different person these days, which is such a relief.
If we can help with any questions, just email and we will be pleased to help
cheers
Jan and Mal
