----------------------------------------------------------- New Message on Pituitary Chat
----------------------------------------------------------- From: PT3688041 Message 5 in Discussion I also have ups and down. I just go with it when I have a good day and lay low when I'm having a bad day. I think our values vary and the IGF-1 just gives a picture of one point in time. It would be interesting to see a series over several weeks and see what happens. Initially, I was on Sandostatin LAR. My numbers looked great but I felt yucky. I finally had my IGF-1 taken at the end of the one month cycle for Sandostatin and found that it was high. I am now on somavert and my numbers were good for about 4 months and now they are high again. This is a frustrating disease and is really a process to get it under control. I am also a patient of Dr. Katznelson. ----------------------------------------------------------- To stop getting this e-mail, or change how often it arrives, go to your E-mail Settings. http://groups.msn.com/PituitaryChat/_emailsettings.msnw Need help?
