Yes, in fact I'm working on rss/atom feed support at the moment based on work Stephen did. As for the yahoo site. While the current plan is to use their stylesheets and javascript, I plan on adding local copies of what we use to ips itself. Since the depot server is likely to be run from an internal network, it doesn't make sense for it to rely on external resources.
