Why would the value of the license property be "copyright" ?
Licenses and copyright are different issues.
Licenses and copyrights may be different issues from a logistical
standpoint, but are both currently added to a package using the
license action. Remember also that that is only the keyword
identifier the license action within a given package, it is not the
actual copyright text.
