So if what you're concerned about it clutter in "svcs" output, then perhaps we can find a way to reduce the clutter. I agree that this kind of service is different than, say, network/ssh -- it's single-fire, rather than any sort of ongoing available service. Perhaps it could be marked as such, and hidden by default? Something to bring up on smf-discuss.
