I tried it and it still only shows the 0.0 branches and none of the newer branches like 0.3. And even with the check box checked it still only shows 21 instead of 30 packages at
the bottom.

Are you sure it's not the service instead of the instance? (That is, simply application/pkg/server?)

If that didn't do anything, you need to run pkgrepo rebuild as I mentioned like this:

pkgrepo rebuild -s /file/path/to/repository

And then restart it again.

If that still doesn't do it, then you may be mistaken about the state of the repository.

At that point, I could only suggest replying with a ls -lahR of /path/to/repo/publisher/solarisstudio/pkg/*
