Agreed.  Since Planner isn't an official GNU project, it doesn't
require papers to be signed for changes, which removes some of the
barrier for new code and contributors.

I'm all for adding new files/functionality to Planner rather than
making users download it from elsewhere.  It's up to John, though -- I
want to hear his opinion on this before adding new code.
