I am not sure that this approach is entirely effective. Sad but true.
One possible approach -- all new posters get an email with the FAQ. I've
seen this used to good effect elsewhere. Someone announces him- or her-
self the 'new poster' FAQ person and just *does* it.

Nitpicking, the questions were about optimizing plex86 to running Win9x
