[plex86] checkout fails on Windows

I just tried to do a checkout on my windows box today and ran into this
'issue',

there is a file called:
plex86/kernel/dt/TODO

and a directory called:
plex86/kernel/dt/todo

Due to Windows' case insensitivity it can't create the dir and the checkout
can't complete.  I was wondering if someone could do some CVS surgery to
rename either the file or the dir.
