Yes, Mandrakesoft aquired the rights to Bochs when they hired Kevin (I'm not sure of the details) and released it under the GPL with great fanfare (justifiably, IMHO). I sincerely hope that he's not regretting this event, having moved on from Mandrake. I personally am subscribed to the list mostly because I eagerly anticipate the day when plex is mature enough to let my household run all necessary Windows stuff under it so I don't have to keep rebooting the $#%@! box when someone needs MS Publisher or whatnot.
