Hi,

Forget my idea of somehow having a very low default ctest timeout. As
far as I can tell that is 1500 seconds by default which should be fine for
all our tests except for systems where there is something really wrong
for some/all of the tests.

I am using the downloadable sdk (which contains Qt-4.5.1) you can get from
TrollTech. Perhaps that is why my results are so speedy compared to
yours. What version of Qt4 do you have? What Linux distro? (Mine is
Debian Lenny).

Just FYI: The latest SVN version compiles fine on Mac OS X with QT 4.5.1 and ctest finishes in an acceptable time. The results of the diff tests are (f95, java, lua are not shown since perfect):

I had a quick look at the bmp, eps, jpg, pdf, png, ppm, svg and tiff devices of qt and they all seem to be fine, except the pdf output, which is rotated, so you can't see all of the plot (attached).

There is still the problem on Mac OS X, that the first page of the qtwidget device is black, while the following pages are shown correctly. Also the -np command line option doesn't work, so the qt driver neglects the no pause option. But this is no showstopper (the black first screen is, but we should fix that after the 5.9.4 release).

The Aquaterm driver compiles and works for me now on Mac OS X 10.5.6.

I removed Qt 4.5.0 on my Windows box and didn't have time and also no disk space anymore for Qt 4.5.1 SDK tests on Windows. I'll test that later.

Regards,
Werner
