It's looking now like this is a little less urgent since the problem seems
confined (for some really strange reason that nobody seems to understand!)
to just when qt devices are used on example 16 on OS X (and maybe only
Werner's version of OS X?).  So if you get a chance before the release to
try out example 16 with a qt device and at least one Qt4 version (and
hopefully more) that would be great, but I think you are right to give the
Ada example 19 fix a higher priority.
