I have been discussing the best means of moving the style project forward
with Andrew off list. He and I are both satisfied with the C style
currently in src/*.c and src/*.h that was created with uncrustify and our
current uncrustify.cfg file. In addition, everybody else seems satisfied
with the code style in src. Thus, we have decided it is time to expand this
styling effort to all our C source.

I will implement this (probably over the next few days) by registering our C
source code in scripts/style_source.sh and run that script with the --apply
option. I will probably divide up the work into 4 or 5 chunks (all C code
in libs, include, bindings, examples, etc.). Before committing each chunk,
I plan to test that (a) the non-white space chances look reasonable (using
svn diff -x -w), and (b) they styled results produce good noninteractive and
interactive test results.

Assuming the styling of all our C code turns up no showstopper issues with
uncrustify, then Andrew plans to follow up by expanding our C++ code styling
(beyond what has already been done in bindings/c++) to all our C++ code.
