There is something strange in Cygwin: there is a program onsgmls.exe, but if I
type that command in the Cygwin shell, it is not found. "ls /bin" does not even
list the file, unless I use "ls /cygdrive/c/cygwin64/bin/". I have seen that
before, so I tried to create a symbolic link file (as I see them for other
command). Apparently that is not simply a text file. I am a wee bit stuck at
the moment. Will look further, probably I will end up with the Cygwin people
for help.
