Please ignore the remarks above about a dropped package.  Instead, I
now realize from looking at comprehensive_test_env.out results you simply 
dropped the environment variable
CMAKE_LIBRARY_PATH=/cygdrive/c/cygwin64/lib/gcc/x86_64-pc-cygwin/4.9.2/adalib.
And, of course, you should obviously reinstate that to test my fix.
