Hi Arjen:

As I am sure you are aware, there are some recently introduced build
and run-time issues with wxwidgets.  So I would first concentrate on
getting perfect results for everything else above, and by that time
hopefully Phil will have figured out the fix that is required for
wxwidgets so we can set PLD_wxwidgets ON by default again, and you can
perfect the Cygwin test results for that final component in
the above list as well.
