Yes please on sending the report tarball for your MSVC/ifort/nmake
comprehensive test to this list as a mail attachment.  If I cannot
figure out anything from that report tarball someone else here might
be able to do so.

I also just asked you in another e-mail for similar report tarballs
for the pure Cygwin and pure MinGW-w64/MSYS2 platforms.  You may have
already run the desired simple comprehensive Fortran test on those
platforms, but I need to see the report tarball in each case as well.
