Not that I am defending them in *ANY* way, but the source code
doesn't have to be downloadable, or even electronically available. It just
has to be "available", that being said, I await their response. You have to
be provided the source code if you ask, or it has to be available gratis.

I just found out Sony hasn't learned their lesson either.. I'm
