Is there any space in the pdb format for the parser to add this sort of
metadata when the document is built?  Maybe height could be stored as "so
many image pixels plus so many ems" in there, to handle font size shifts. 
Sorry for not knowing, but I've not been wallowing in the Plucker code for
some time and I didn't really understand it that well when I was in there.

Idle-loop rendering on the viewer side would be very clever, but I wouldn't
even know where to begin with that.
