May be i am opening another door for a chat on different direction here... but,
is the government which is spending thousands of crores on feeding different bureaucratic schemes... spending any money on *systems deployment* & training for systems like Linux... if not they are just running the mock. When they spend money on platforms such as windows i am sure there is a definite hidden siphoning schemes entwined into such mechanism! But GOV.IN can always come up with their best defense which all are free to criticize. -- १. Stupid question always warrants a stupid answer! २.
