During the board meeting earlier we arrived at a conclusion to allow
affiliation of other entities to PLUG while maintaining their
independence. That I think would allow affiliate groups to carry the
banner of PLUG. I guess that would help mitigate this case as your
organization can consider your activity as a PLUG activity should your
group want to do so - guidelines for this are being finalized by the VP
Internal when the membership guidelines draft has been completed.
