Well, its just my personal opinion based on all the research and readings that i have.
Really now. When we are at a disadvantage we will always be manipulated by other countries. We are not just "controlled" by the US. We are to various degrees controlled by Middle Eastern Countries, the "virtual cyber nation of Bin Laden", and our asian brother China who does not look at us like brothers at all. Independence is not about cutting ties with the US at all. Its showing the capability to do what we want to anybody.
