i would assume it has something to do with the diversion of funds to Hans Reiser's defense which (according to the article that was forwarded here) causes some problems coming up with the payroll for Namesys. i dont know how vibrant is the open source community around reiserfs but if the employees of Namesys quits then that means no more maintainers. ciao! <snip> -- "Programming, an artform that fights back" Anuerin G.
