Hi Joyce,

You made a mistake with the telnet part.

Anyway, what does your access/error log say? I'm assuming "Page Cannot
Be Displayed" means 404.

Try this:
# tail -n0 -f /var/log/httpd/access_log

Access Cacti again then go back to your terminal to see the latest message.
