Hi Elmer,

In our company we have on calls but only on weekends since we operate
24x5. On calls are paid with or without work during weekends plus
additional pay if there is a critical incident occurs.Also our
Internet is paid by the company and a backup mobile phone that is unlimited
of data plan just in case. Companies vary in how they compensate their
employees but a good team lead and a manager can make difference. :D
