You might want to consider becoming an AWS solution partner ( http://aws.amazon.com/solutions/solution-providers/program/) - create AMI's for the services you want to offer, put a price for usage (on top of AWS fees - maybe you can bundle in your support services). Amazon will then pay you after they get their "cut" based on their standard fees. Something like how Turnkey linux hub does it - see https://hub.turnkeylinux.org/. Requires a US bank account though.
