Installation is free and charge P500/month for remote server administration.
For on-call visits, charge them P500/hour plus transportation.
Tip, don't give them root access since you are the sysadmin. Handover access
once contract is over.

I am planning to give them a 30 day warranty
then;
4. How much should I charge for maintenace? Monthly
or as per call?
