Thanks for the info Holden. If there's a Mindanao-based person/group on
this list, we can work with them. One potential problem is data,
because Mindanao has no spot market yet. Where do we get the Mindanao
load curve data, and which group are willing to campaign. (Those who
want to continue this thread, pls email me privately as we are going
off-topic now...
