That's true, last year pa yung warnings. But if consumers can see the
supply/demand graph themselves, that's much better than warnings. We
can all see and decide for ourselves, when and for how long to switch
off non-essential loads, and we can also see right away (nobody else
needs to tell us) if we are making a difference or not. I think it is
this immediate feedback that will get people to participate, once the
brownouts start. I call this high-tech bayanihan. We are doing it in
the open-source (open data?) spirit.
