Hmm... Well, I don't have any such command. Or, as far as I can
tell, any other commands that start with "hwe-"

So, maybe this "Hardware Enablement Stack" stack thing is some
optional package that I don't have installed?  Somehow I got
the impression when I read the web page that it was an integral
part of Ubuntu 12.04.4 LTS, which is what the machine I tried
these things on is running.
