I don't have issues in 6 nor 7 vBox stream running on openSuse, using Oracle repos.
To switch to Oracle a) Uninstall Ubuntu vBox b) Follow instructions as listed on virtualbox.org. They have .deb repo - you add the repo to your install, reinstall virtual box. You will also need kernel-devel headers + tools (make, gcc, ....) to compile kernel module. Apt will compile the kernel module for you automagically at install or update - if you have the tools and headers installed.
