Are you saying then that you have a Panasonic telephone with a POTS connection that is plugged into some kind of Ziply box and they are only charging $15 a month for?

Ted, The $15/mo on the Ziply bill for my existing Panasonic phone with removable handset replaces the federal, state, county, and other taxes that were on the bill when the phone was connected by copper to Ziply. The ISP monthly charges didn't change. Neither did the voice mail. When I asked Ziply's business billing support about that fee I was told it applied to only the VoIP connection. HTH, Rich
