Ted, Yep. There's a wire with RJ-11 plugs on each end that connect the phone base to the Ziply 5th generation modem. That modem is then connected to the ONT with a cat6 ethernet cable and RJ-45 plugs. The Ziply modem has wi-fi turned off. Rich
