hi!
its me again.
i am trying to mount my c:\ (windows98) partition and another
extended partition but redhat is giving this error message.
how do i fix this problem?
[root@redhat /root]# mount /dev/hda1 /DriveC
mount: /dev/hda1 has wrong major or minor number
[root@redhat /root]# mount /dev/hda1 /DriveD
mount: /dev/hda5 has wrong major or minor number
brw-rw---- 1 root disk 3, 1 May 6 1998 /dev/hda1
brw-rw---- 1 root disk 3, 5 May 6 1998 /dev/hda5
