I have a SAMBA server on RedHat 6.2. It is very slow
to map a drive to a Samba Share. What parameters can
I modify to improve the speed ? File copying and writing
is fast and I don't have problems with it yet although
I'd appreciate if someone can give me more tips on how
to improve it further. My Samba Server is configured as
a DOMAIN and WINS Server. Local, Domain and Preferred
Master are all set to NO.
