[plug] swap file question

Hi Guys,

Does the swapfile size need to be bigger than or equal to
the amount of memory in the box?  

Can my swapfile be only 128Mb if i have 256Mb RAM?
Do I have to increase my swapfile?  

What's the best ratio?
