uhmmmm it isn't so much the cost, really... we're looking to host our
production servers at our new building at the fort when we move there...
right now, those servers are co-located at an ISP; when we move them into
our building, my bosses want redundant internet connections, which was why i
was asking... fortunately i've been given a free hand in figuring things out
setting things up... its sort of an opportunity to put in more linux stuff
into our microsoft-dominated network... right now, i already pretty much
have a handle on firewall stuff, as well as dhcpd, and our email server is
already on linux... the redundant internet connection is just another piece
of the puzzle i'm putting together.

again, thanks to all who responded; i'll be digesting the tips you've given
me the next couple of days...
