Hi pluggers, This is off topic, We are currently using subnet of 192.168.1.0/255.255.255.0 in our Local Area Network it happens to be that all the IP for this subnet is now exhausted.
So I create a new subnet of 192.168.0.0/255.255.255.0 with a linux/router/gateway at 192.168.0.1 with a connection to 192.168.1.0 via 192.168.1.40, this box has a 2NIC which has 192.168.1.40 and 192.168.0.1 ip. this setup is in LAN only not via WAN. The problem is we are currently experiencing slowdown on our Novell Server (IPX), does this setup is the reason for problem? Thanks, and waiting for your support guys. :) -- Manny Popes _ Philippine Linux Users Group.
