this setup is in LAN only not via WAN.
What is your purpose of putting ip address on workstation if your not
connected via WAN?

The problem is we are currently experiencing slowdown on our Novell
Server (IPX), does this setup is the reason for problem?

The IP PROTOCOL  address cannot affect the IPX PROTOCOL  of your novell
networks, even without ip address, your workstations can connect to your
novell server by means of IPX/SPX Protocol, the main problem of your
connections is that your using hubs, and the servers have a lot of
processing data ...
