open source R&D, but who does that here?
there are quite a number of open-source R&D here in the Phils. and growing (maybe) due to next year's economic slump (nah, i dunno). but their products are not free =( what excites me most is the underground movement of the open-source R&D. just like the good old days of punk/hard core scene. whatta? underground == open-source ? afaik, those on the underground hates to deal with other people, publicity, commercial-ity, and what else? gov't? _ Philippine Linux Users Group.
